The FM10T-7 electric log splitter is fitted with our trademarked DuocutTM blade. This enables it to split logs more quickly and efficiently than log splitters equipped with a traditional pusher. Additionally, by being able to split from either end, the FM10T-7-TC can split knotty wood that a traditional splitter would fail with. In addition, it is fitted with a ramstop that reduces the return distance and time when splitting shorter logs.
The latest model of the FM10T-7-TC log splitter is fitted with a workbench and guard that comply with safety regulations. Unlike other manufacturers’ safety cages, our guard has no holes in the side panels, to ensure logs can’t get caught and damage the guard. It also accommodates logs up to 400mm* in diameter, other manufacturers’ cages only allow 250mm in diameter.
It comes supplied with an easy-to-assemble stand that raises it to a comfortable working height. The stand features two wheels with flat foot support at the front. The FM10TW-7-TC Model includes a trolley stand that utilises wheels on all four corners of the log splitter for easy manoeuvrability.

Brilliant bit of kit. Been using an axe all my life but, y’know, wrong side of 55 now.
Just chopped 3 hrs worth of Holly. Old tree 12 inch diameter and knarley as hell. Split easily so I reckon it’ll work grand on my usual fare of oak, ash beach and softwood.
The workbench is great to have. It bends a little but I think I can reinforce it if needs be.
All in all I’m really happy with the splitter.

The splitter is quite heavy and the courier went the extra mile helping me get it in onto my premises. As an 81 going on 18, I needed a hand getting it off the workbench where I assembled it with the stand. Once off it was fairly easy to move in small stages along a gravel track to its work point. It works exactly as promised and unexpectedly very quietly, just under 9 metres from a power point. Since I don’t expect to move it again, and it’s not undercover, I wonder how many of your customers are in the same position. I can provide a waterproof covering, but it would be nice if you could consider a slip-on one-size-fits-all weatherproof covering for your log splitters. I hope this might be a useful suggestion. I am very satisfied with your product.
