I have used a few times now and the machine seems to be getting noisier. I am dismantling feeder and hopper each time to check and clear any debris. I would not recommend this machine or the company for its back up – being told this is normal doesnt make it better to use !!
All good except for my telephone query regarding a noise the shredder is making from new. It sounds like something is catching. It is not the blades which I have checked. Other than that seems ok.

Should have bought one years ago. We have 2 years worth of logs all done on the log splitter. So much easier than using an axe. Excellent machine.
