Welcome to our Delivery Information page, where youโll find all the details you need about our holiday shipping schedules, last posting dates, and courier services. Whether you’re sending small items via Royal Mail or arranging larger shipments through FedEx or pallet delivery, we’ve got everything covered to ensure your orders arrive on time. Be sure to check the dates and plan ahead to avoid delays during the festive season!
Holiday Delivery Schedule
Royal Mail โ Tracked 48 & Tracked 24
For small parcels under 2kg, including:
- Accessory items, single product orders, small spares.
- 20th December: Last posting date for Tracked 48 to arrive before Christmas.
- 21st December: Last posting date for Tracked 24 to arrive before Christmas.
- 23rd December: Items sent via Tracked 24 may arrive on 2nd January 2025 or later.
FedEx
For larger individual items (2kg – 47kg), including:
- 23rd December: Place orders by 3:00 PM for estimated delivery on 24th (not guaranteed).
- 25th & 26th December: No collections or deliveries.
- 27th December: Orders placed by 3:00 PM will be delivered on 30th December (estimated).
- Orders placed on 24th December before 3:00 PM will also be delivered on this day.
NFS Pallet Deliveries
For bulk and oversized items, including:
- ZJHT, FM16, FM8VE, FMX4, pre-assembled goods, FM9DDES, FM14DDES, FM8FF.
- No collections or deliveries from 22nd December to 3rd January.
Orders placed before 3 PM
All orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. Any order placed after 3 pm Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
We provide FREE delivery to all orders to UK Mainland. All items to the UK mainland are dispatched on a next working day service – though next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Areas that couriers deem to be highlands or islands may incur an additional delivery cost which will be added and charged when checking out on the website.
Deliveries typically take place from 9 am to 5 pm, though delivery may be later in the evening if within a busy period.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and all offshore addresses typically take 3 – 7 days although it can be longer if they are handed off to a 3rd party for final delivery.
International Orders
All VAT and customs duties are paid for when placing the order on the website – you will not be charged extra VAT from your local customs office. The price paid on the website is the final cost of the item(s).

You can view the shipping cost to your area by adding your chosen item(s) to the shopping cart and using the ‘calculate shipping’ option. Some item(s) are not available for international shipping due to the transport of the products, e.g. pre-assembled items.
Delivery times typically take 5-7 working days for the majority of international destinations, if you’re outside of mainland Europe the delivery times may be slightly longer.
Bank Holidays
Our partner warehouse, office and dispatch offices are closed for all bank holidays in England. While we work with our couriers as best we possibly can in order to plan for an increase in order volume, we may still experience delays with delivery.
We are still committed to providing the highest quality of customer service and first-class shipping service so while we aim to have your order delivered the next working day, orders may be delayed in the courier network by a day or two. However, we will always work to keep you up to date with order tracking and delivery notices.
Scottish Highlands
Some areas of Scotland are defined as highlands by our postal courier services – these areas are not defined by us. Although defined as UK Mainland, these areas may incur delivery charges. The postcodes affected by this highland charge are noted below:

We charge the additional cost on the purchase of the item. When checking out, simply enter your postcode and the website will automatically calculate the delivery cost.
Please also be advised that while we try our best to fulfil the next day delivery, depending on the area this may not be possible.
Restricted Access
If you have any access issues please ensure that we are made aware prior to delivery by leaving a comment in the order notes or by emailing us at info@forest-master.com. An example of restricted access would be narrow lanes, low bridges or limited turning spaces. If we are not made aware of these restrictions delivery may be delayed and additional delivery charges may incur.
You MUST Be Present to Receive Order
Please note that due to the heavy and bulky nature of our stock, customers must be available to sign for their delivery. Our chosen couriers are unable to leave items unattended, so please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive your order. Your first delivery attempt is free. However, if you are not available on the day of your delivery, subsequent delivery attempts may incur a fee.
We understand that this may not be convenient for all customers, but we hope you understand that it is necessary to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order.
If you are unable to be available for your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We will be happy to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
Damaged Delivery
If your item displays any signs of damage, we strongly recommend rejecting the delivery from the courier and requesting it is returned to the sender.
After the delivery has been rejected please contact us so we can arrange a replacement to be dispatched as quickly as possible.
Terms and Conditions
All quoted delivery dates and times are estimates and although we will try our best to meet them, we will not be responsible if we are unable to do so. We will let you know if we cannot deliver your products within 30 days of receiving your payment and will give you the option to either wait for the products or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
We strongly recommend that you do not book trade persons until your order has been delivered and checked by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges which you incur due to the non-delivery of an order, or orders that have not been checked on delivery.
