The FM10T-TC is a 5-ton electric log splitter with DuoCutTM capability. It has a ram pressure of 400 bar*, which enables it to handle most woods that will be split domestically. If you are splitting woods like oak then consider the more powerful FM10T-7-TC ton model.
The FM10T-TC is fitted with our trademarked DuocutTM blade, which is unique to our log splitters. This enables it to split logs more quickly and efficiently than log splitters equipped with a traditional pusher. Additionally, by being able to split from either end, the FM10T-TC can split knotty wood that a traditional splitter would fail with. In addition, it is fitted with a ramstop that speeds up the splitting of short logs by reducing the ram return distance and cycle time.
The latest model of the FM10T-TC log splitter is fitted with a workbench and guard that comply with safety regulations. Unlike safety cages fitted by other manufacturers, our guard has no holes in the side panels to ensure logs can’t get caught and damage the guard. It also allows you to split logs up to 400mm* in diameter, whereas other manufacturers only allow 250mm.
It comes supplied with an easy-to-assemble stand that raises it to a comfortable working height.
