Excellent piece of kit, good service and great early experience. Chipper arrived when expected with helpful delivery driver and very well packaged machine. Largely pre-assembled with clear, easy-to-follow instructions to complete assembly [approx. 30 minutes] hence set-up and getting started only took a short while (started first time). Both my wife and I have already used a couple of times to chip willow, ash and poplar, for example, up to 4″ branches and no blockages, and with pleasing results; large domestic project in our new home (4 acre garden with woodland needing significant clearing and management). Would recommend Forest Master and the FM14DDES.
Have not used it yet , Assembly difficult as Blanking plate did not fit [not curved enough]. Luckily I was able to attach the mulching accessory so it should be possible to use
