Fast Fire Kinetic Log Splitter
The Forest Master Fast Fire Log Splitter is an electric kinetic log splitter capable of producing 6/8 tons of splitting power, making easy work of both fresh and seasoned wood. The machine is capable of splitting logs up to 520mm in length and 400mm in width.
What’s the benefit of the fast fire over standard log splitters? One of many benefits is that the latest kinetic technology powers the Fast Fire, the splitter uses the 2200w electric motor to power a single flywheel system that stores energy for a single quick burst to split your logs. This fast, reliable and efficient technology and design drastically reduce the cycle time of the splitter to 3 seconds. You can split wood as fast as you can load it!
Another key benefit is that the fast-fire kinetic splitter features an automatic belt tension system. This means that you are not required to tension the belts. No hassle or inconvenience, just plug in and you’re ready to go.
The fast-fire electric kinetic log splitter is a new and innovative machine on the market which is the key to splitting that stacked pile of wood you’ve been avoiding for a while, in record time with minimal effort. Long gone are the days of backbreaking work chopping logs. Want to learn more about how kinetic log splitters operate? check out our blog post ‘what is a kinetic log splitter and why you need one‘.
This kinetic log splitter is equipped with a stand with rear wheels and locking castors at the front. This allows the machine to be moved around easily in a workshop or garage. You can also operate the stand at full height or as a low stand closer to the ground if you have heavier logs to lift. Also included are our highly-rated workbench and guard. Unlike other safety cages fitted by other manufacturers, our guard features no holes in the side panels. When holes are present within the guard, they often catch logs as they’re splitting and damage the machine.
It arrives pre-built, thoroughly tested and ready for use. Simply fit the supplied workbench and guard, as well as raise the stand if preferred and you’re immediately ready to start splitting.
As always, any purchase made from ourselves comes with a full warranty and direct access to our expert technical advice line – talk directly to the engineers who have designed and tested the machine from the ground up.

This is an entry level machine. It is poorly made and poorly put together. Holes for the stand did not match up properly. Many of the bolts on the machine have not been tightened. The ram keeps jamming. There is a loose Allen bolt inside the operating lever that I cannot access to cure the problem. I have not even been able to use this machine for two sessions of splitting due to the issues with it.
It is poorly constructed of cheap metal and I have probably spent more time trying to fix it than splitting logs. Very frustrating and I would not recommend such a poor product.
It will no doubt split logs when working properly but I have not had that luxury.
The log splitter works brilliantly – definitely rapid meaning that log splitting is now much more efficient. It’s split everything I’ve offered up to it without difficulty including logs bigger than recommended. It’s also quite quiet – the electric motor only runs when actively splitting.
one small bracket was missing which I made myself works well bed a bit flimsy. wheels are too light weight for this type of equipment
Rapid fire log splitter my review bought it earlier in the year used it a couple of times nothing major just few logs here and there until recently had a few tonnes of wood to get through even tho it said mains connection I used a generator for power source as cables were out the question. My initial thoughts seems a beast of a machine heavy tho. So I tried it with some big logs I had ringed approx 10″ in length and about 20″ or so wide pressed the button pushed lever split first go . Knotted wood hardly a problem maybe had to do it a couple of times . I’ve only gave it 4/5 as like it was new to market nothing around to compare to it does in my view has it problems or I could be how I’ve used it as we are all different. Machine it’s self is great but I’ve found table that logs go onto a bit flimsy as several times log has caught it and bent behind splitting blade . I think you could do with more sturdier wheels on it and larger to get over wet uneven ground . Next thing they should look into is the button that you have to keep pressing to engage it it’s a proper pain . Yeah I’m quite aware it could be down to safety issues but you have lots to do beware of the cramps in your hands in my view RSI s may become an issue other than my few problems with it it’s a fantastic machine can’t knock that well that’s my honest review on it. Ps hopefully someone would give there opinion on certain things I’ve come across so far.
