Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

As per our Refunds policy, you will have to pay the outward and return shipping costs.
Returns / Refunds
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return the product for a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase and we will refund your money. All we ask is that you pay the outward and return delivery costs and that the item is unused and undamaged and in its original packaging. A surcharge will be applicable if not returned in this condition. If you have purchased a pre-assembled item, we may charge an additional surcharge for the delivery cost of the item.
In the unlikely event of a fault, the customer may be required to undertake basic fault finding with the aid of our technical support team.
The price that you pay for your item at the time of the purchase is the final price. We are unable to provide any refunds for any reduction in costs (sale prices) after your transaction has been confirmed.
All refunds will be made through the original payment gateway, e.g. Paypal, Barclays ePDQ, etc. Please note it can take up to 3 working days for a refund to reach your account after we action it.
Upon delivery by the courier, if the packaging shows signs of damage, please refuse delivery. All damages to an item must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
When arranging the collection of your item for return, in any circumstance, you must ensure that the item is completely safe for travel. If you are returning an item that is equipped with a petrol engine, then the engine must be dry of all petrol (fuel) and engine oil. By agreeing to our collection, you are confirming and verifying that you have taken all precautionary measures to ensure the safe transit of the item.
