If your log splitter is currently out of operation or not performing at the level it once was, we’d be more than happy to take a look for you and get it back up to scratch. Our expert technical team and workshop will perform a full performance inspection on your machine and make any necessary repairs after consulting with yourself. We take care of all the heavy lifting, we collect your machine from your specified address and bring it back to our workshop for complete performance maintenance before delivering it back to you.
You simply need to package up your log splitter and let us know the best time for collection.
We can perform repairs on the following brand of log splitters: Forest Master, Titan, Clarke, Sheppach, Handy and Boss. If your brand of log splitter isn’t on this list, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we can still arrange a repair.
Please note that collection is only available for the UK mainland. Highland areas may incur an additional charge. Once placing your order, our team will give you a call within 12 hours to talk you through the collection of the machine and the log splitter repair process.
I’m fine with the explanation given prior to pick up was told by one guy the item would be picked up and returned inside a week, and would be contacted to explain work needed and return. So I booked it in for repair, was given a tracking number for a delivery of an object weighing 3kg, phoned up and was told it was an error. Agreed pick up date, splitter was picked up (grumbling from DPD too heavy) then mothing for two days. Not hearing anything, I called to find the splitter is in repair with a note on saying that. no other communication. Not complaining, but you did ask. Assume all fine but a quick phone call to update the customer and agree a delivery would be great, as I travel a lot and won’t be home for a week, and need to be there obviously when and if it gets returned.
For the price itโs what I expected regarding collection and delivery!
