The pump seal pack includes the following spare parts :
2 x FM10-064 (O-ring 10.6×2.65)
2 x FM10-101 (O-Ring 46.2×1.8)
In order to replace the O-Rings, please follow the instructions below:
To avoid losing oil, turn the log splitter upside down while removing the bracket. The splitter should be turned upside down and left for a little while before removing the pump bracket, this allows the oil to drain back into the tank.
Undo the 3 bolts holding the bracket onto the underside of the splitter (you will need an M8 socket and extension for this) and the horizontal bolt connecting the back of the motor to the underside of the splitter body. Remove the complete motor and pump bracket assembly. There are two o-rings in holes in the face of the pump bracket, remove these.
Undo the 6 bolts holding the pump bracket to the electric motor and remove the pump bracket, remove the large o-ring from the face of the pump.
Remove the pump plate (the gears and dowels should stay in place) and remove the large o-ring from the motor face.
Clean the face of the pump and place the large o-ring into the groove in the pump bracket and attach the new pump bracket to the motor with the 6 bolts. Be careful not to over tighten the bolts as this will cause the pump to jam. The normal torque is 12 ft-lbs / 16nm. If a torque wrench is not available, tighten all bolts then loosen each one by 1/4 of a turn.
Clean the top face of the pump bracket and ensure the two new small o-rings are seated correctly in the holes in the face. Refit the motor/pump assembly to the log splitter, secure with the 3 bolts and refit the horizontal bolt.
If you are only changing the two small o-rings in the top face of the pump bracket, ignore steps 3-6.

Just what l need for the replacement of o ring seals.
The seals arrived in good time and were perfect for the job
Could have done with an extra seal for the spacer that sits between pump and cover
