It has a shirred waistband, ruffle trim, black silk lining, and three decorative rhinestone buttons at the waist, where it fastens with three hook and eyes. One of the rhinestones has been replaced but it's otherwise in excellent condition, professionally dry cleaned and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 37" Waist 32" Hips open
